Sure Flame Products Warranty Policy
Warranty coverage on all Sure Flame manufactured products is provided by Sure Flame, a division of Haul-All Equipment Ltd. of Lethbridge, AB, Canada to the owner of Sure Flame branded heaters, air movers, blowers and torches purchased in Canada.
Standard Warranty Coverage
Sure Flame warrants its products from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase.
Combustion Chamber/Exchanger Warranty Coverage
Sure Flame offers additional warranty coverage on combustion chambers/exchanger systems on models - IX4 IX410, IX800, IX1500, ID4, ID400, ID800(T) and SFT800. Labor costs are not covered by warranty.
Replacement Parts Warranty Coverage
Any replacement parts purchased from Sure Flame carry a 6 month warranty from the time of purchase.
Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
Any malfunction resulting from misuse, negligence, alteration, accident or failure due to lack of proper and reasonable maintenance will void any and all warranty claims.
Sure Flame warranty does not cover any labor costs, travel time, loss of use expense, shipping expense or any other consequential damages resulting from a product or part failure. Wear items such as belts, flame rods, filters, etc. are excluded from warranty coverage.
United States Warranty Claims
All warranty claims for Sure Flame products purchased in the United States of America are processed through our USA distributor - Heat Wagon.
